Who we are
Sora Infotech ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us through forms: your name, email, phone number, company, project details and, if you apply for a job, your CV and the links you share. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect technical data such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or estimate request, to schedule calls you ask for, to consider your job application, to send articles you've subscribed to, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form or accepting cookies. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and estimate requests are kept for up to 24 months, job applications for up to 12 months, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. If you become a client, contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email info@sorainfotech.com. We reply within 30 days.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer at info@sorainfotech.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
