Product Building
From idea to MVP in 8–12 weeks. Then on to scale.
One team takes your product from whiteboard to first paying users, and stays for what comes after. You get a written scope and estimate before we build, and working software every two weeks.
Most startups don't fail because the code is bad. They fail because they built the wrong thing for too long. Product Building starts with a two-week discovery where we cut your idea down to the one workflow users must have, test it as a clickable prototype, and only then write code. After launch, the same people keep shipping.
Why teams choose Sora for Product Building
A plan you can put in a pitch deck
Scope, timeline and estimate are agreed in writing before the build starts, so you know what you're getting and when.
Demos every other Friday
You see working software every two weeks, not a status report. Change direction at any demo.
Built to survive success
We use boring, proven stacks and write tests where failure costs money, so the MVP doesn't need a rewrite at 10,000 users.
Set up in your name
Repositories, cloud accounts and app store listings are created in your company's name, and the IP in what we build is yours as each milestone is paid.

Questions
What if I only have an idea, no designs or documents?
That's where most founders start. Discovery exists to turn an idea into a scope. You bring the problem and the customers you know; we bring the questions.
How do I know what it will cost?
Start with our estimate questionnaire or a call and we'll send a written estimate. After discovery the scope and estimate are agreed in writing before the build, and anything new is estimated before we build it, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do you sign an NDA before I share my idea?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before the first detailed call. Ask for it when you book.
Do you work for equity?
We don't take equity instead of payment. Occasionally we discuss part of the fee as equity alongside cash. Ask us if that's relevant to you.
What happens after launch?
Most founders move to a monthly team for ongoing work. You can also take the code in-house; we'll hand over documentation and do a two-week transition.
